1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account on CF Editors, whether as a Video Editor or as a Client, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use or access the platform.
2. Account Registration and Status
You must provide accurate, complete, and updated registration details.
- Editors: Profiles remain in a pending state until reviewed and approved. You may be required to complete a short assessment to verify your skill set.
- Clients: You are solely responsible for projects you post and ensuring the details, budget, and scope are transparent.
3. Projects and Escrow Protection
CF Editors provides escrow protection to secure payments for both sides.
- Clients fund the project escrow balance before work begins.
- Editors submit drafts and final deliveries on the platform.
- Once the client approves the final delivery, funds are released to the editor's wallet.
4. Community Guidelines & Disputes
We promote mutual respect and professional behavior. If a dispute arises regarding project quality or delivery timeline, our support team will review the submitted drafts and revision logs to resolve the dispute fairly.
5. Limitation of Liability
CF Editors is a marketplace platform. We are not an employer, agency, or representative of any registered user. We are not liable for disputes, project cancellations, or quality issues beyond our escrow and platform arbitration scope.
